Preorders are treated as confirmed orders. While payment is not collected at the time the preorder is placed, these commitments guide our production planning and inventory control. For that reason, we ask that preorders be placed with the intention to fulfill.
If a preorder is canceled outside of the timelines below, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
